Although I have used their donation feature previously because I have used it so much. It syncs workout logs to Strava, if you want your HR data and stuff though you’ll need to use your watch or whatever to track a strength activity, which is what I do and that is what uploads to TR. It has a great workout builder though and is super easy to use once you get it set up, it’s definitely the best free app I’ve ever used.
